My Story

Hi, I’m Niki. I am a wellness coach, writer, and integrative healing guide exploring the quiet conversations between the brain, the body, and the soul. My journey began with my graduate degree in Clinical Psychology and grew into something more intuitive, creative, and deeply human. This is the space where science meets story, where nervous system wisdom meets lived experience, and where healing feels like remembering who you were before the world told you otherwise.

I am a multifaceted human: a mother, a creator, a feeler, a thinker, a nervous system nerd, a healer, and a lover of language. Through my own unravelings and rebuildings, I have learned that healing is not about fixing yourself. It is about coming home to yourself. It is about understanding your patterns, listening to your body, nurturing the child inside you who still needs safety, and meeting your inner world with curiosity instead of criticism.

My work lives at the intersection of science and soul. I integrate nervous system regulation, mindful presence, compassionate storytelling, gentle energetic support, and the principles of quantum physics that illuminate how our inner world shapes our outer experience. Much of this work is about remembering who you already are. Your highest and most aligned self is not something you become in the future. It is the part of you that exists beneath the habits, patterns, and protections you learned along the way. Healing happens when you gently interrupt the old survival responses and choose thoughts, behaviors, and daily practices that support the truest version of you. Alignment begins when you stop rehearsing who you had to be and start supporting who you were always meant to be. 

Together, we explore the patterns beneath your patterns, soften the protective strategies that once kept you safe, and gently reshape the way you see yourself. Some days we talk about the vagus nerve. Some days we hold space for the version of you who felt unseen at nine years old. Some days we laugh about how growth can feel like emotional CrossFit. None of it is linear, but all of it is profoundly possible.

To me, healing is a rhythmic unfolding. It is a breath-by-breath, layer-by-layer practice of becoming rooted in your body, honest in your story, and connected to the self you are growing into. This is where your healing becomes embodied, your story becomes empowering, and your self-trust grows roots.

I bring all of my parts to this work: the scientist, the intuitive, the poet, the mother, the healer, and the human who holds space with both tenderness and truth. Coaching, to me, is both a creative and a healing practice. The words we choose shape the lives we build. I am not here to fix you. I am here to help you hear yourself more clearly and to support you in becoming the version of you who already feels whole, grounded, and alive.
